Alright, as you know I paid my twenty bucks, So what’s going on. I am still getting emails every day. Each day there is a new video and/or Audio added, sometimes both. I am still waiting for the chance to try this trial software i am supposed to be able to use. If you have joined this program and have some insight please let me know. When I log in I have access to what they call training which includes the videos and audios I have described before, an affiliate link, my stats(which shows how many leads I sent them, How many paid leads, and how many clicks). Where do my leads come from, it seems to me I am just creating leads for them. So let me tell you what their training consists of so far. How to use landing pages to build your list, how to use Craig’s List, How to use HubPages, and how to use Squidoo. I already knew that using these services would bring more traffic to your web and build more leads. I must be missing something here, why are all the IM Gurus promoting this? the only thing I could think of is this program is going to cost big bucks and they are looking for a big affiliate paycheck. Now don’t get me wrong I thoroughly believe anything [Tag-Tec]Howie Schwartz[/Tag-Tec] has his hand has to be great, but I just don’t see it here. I watched the 3 hour webinar he and Jack Humphrey did on ConversationDomination and if the price tag was not so high I would have jumped at the chance. I gleamed a lot of valuable information from the webinar alone. So for my $20 Bucks I guess it was a lessoned well learned, Don’t judge a book by its cover.

One thousand people at @20.00/per seems to me Dr. Mike and [Tag-Tec]Howie Schwartz[/Tag-Tec]just got 1,000 Leads and $20,000.00 and what did I get? To tell you the truth, I still don’t know. So far I have received 10 emails; 3 on the 11th, 4 on the 12th, and 1 on the 13, 14 and 15th. Each basically telling me to go to the website and login. Now I thought I was supposed to get this great new program that would help me generate leads, I have not seen this yet. So far we have been offered on the website, 3 videos that seem to lead to something, but I have not figured this out yet, and 3 audio’s same thing. Maybe I don’t understand this thing yet, but it seems to me that I should be finding out how to get leads for myself, not for them and so far have not been showed how to do this. The reason I jumped on this deal was for two reasons; first Howie Schwartz, I watched his 3 hour Webinar with Jack Humphrey who is in my opinion one of the smartest Web 2.0 Gurus out there and was in total awe of Howie and how he was able to manipulate Google as quickly as he did. Second obviously was to try and win the $10,000. That being said, I keep plugging along hoping to get something out of this. You can check it out here!.

I will post about this each day as I learn more about it.

How important is list building, let’s see it’s kind of like going to an empty mall with a van full of things to sell. Get it, no prospects = no sales!! Period. I got to tell you, there are more than a million ways to build a list. Some are very good and some quite not so good and some you need a list, to build a bigger list. For the internet marketing newbie this is one of the biggest obstacles you have to overcome to make it in this business. First consider what are you building the list for, are you branding, for immediate sales, leads for continued sales, hobby or special interest or building a membership. Their are various ways to go about building your list;

Co-Reg

Give away a free newsletter

Opt in List Building

Safelists

Free Give aways such as Ebooks, Audio, Video

One of my favorite ways is to use give aways such as Viral Ebooks, Free reports, and newsletters. When someone requests a freebie I ask for their name and email address to send it to. The important thing is to make sure you have them opt in(that is they confirm that they did indeed ask for the information you offered). Another way is to build a list using list generator’s like Lucky List, List Explode, List Dot Com, The List Machine, Triple Your List, Opt-in Storm and List Inferno to name just a few. If you would like to use these list generators here is a pretty cool way to use them all at the same time.
